Influence of Synthesis Conditions on the Structural, Optical, and Electrophysical Properties of TiO-=SUB=-2-=/SUB=-/Cu-=SUB=-x-=/SUB=-O Nanocomposites

Nanocomposites based on anodic titanium oxide nanotubes with copper nanoparticles were formed and their structural, optical, electrophysical properties studied. Defects in the structure of samples identified by electron paramagnetic resonance it was shown that, as a result deposition, CuO surface nanotubes. It found that conductivity decreases several orders magnitude an increase number deposition cycles. this effect could be associated formation TiO 2 /CuO heterojunctions nanotube surface. for first time content /Cu x O nanocomposites accompanied decrease defects.
